What's available
Chester Zoo, Chester, CH2 1LE / Sunday 26 July / £20 per person
BeWILDerwood, Bickley, SY13 4JF / Sunday 23 August / £20 per person

Children and young people with additional needs and/or disabilities, and their families
Up to 6 people per booking (immediate family/carers)

What’s included
Return coach travel and entry to the venue.
Booking Limits
To ensure fair access, families are limited to booking one trip only. Within this form, you will be asked to select either BeWILDerwood or Chester Zoo.
If, as we approach the closing date, there is still availability on either trip, we will share this with families via our usual channels. At that stage, we may remove the one-trip-per-family restriction to offer any remaining spaces.
How the process works
Submitting this form is NOT a booking, It is a registration of interest only. Due to limited coach capacity and the way our booking system works, spaces cannot be guaranteed at this stage as we may receive more requests than available spaces. If this happens, families may be placed on a waiting list.
Step 1 – Register your interest
Complete this form with all required information
Incomplete forms may delay your application and affect your place in the queue
Step 2 – Allocation of places
Requests are reviewed in the order they are received
If spaces are available, you will be offered a provisional booking
If the trip you have chosen is full, you will be added to the waiting list and notified
Step 3 – Provisional booking
If successful, you will receive an email within 3 working days
This will include a unique booking reference & payment instructions
Do not make any payment until you receive this email
Step 4 – Payment & confirmation
Provisional bookings are held for 5 working days (this may be shorter closer to the closing date)
Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received and processed
You will then receive a confirmation email
Waiting list
If the trip you have chosen reaches capacity, a waiting list will be created. Places will be offered in order if cancellations arise
Cancellations
A minimum of 3 weeks’ notice is required for cancellations. Refunds cannot be issued after this point, including non-attendance on the day
A quick note about our booking process
We are now using this online form as a new way to manage family trip bookings. This allows you to register your interest at any time, without needing to call or email, and helps us make sure all requests are handled fairly and in the order they are received.
It also means our booking team can manage trip requests alongside the day-to-day enquiries and bookings for our regular sessions, helping us respond as efficiently as possible.
