Change NHS PPG workshop

Change NHS local workshop for PPG members

To ensure the views of our local population feed into the national 10-Year Health Plan, as part of the Change NHS engagement period, we are hosting an online workshop on Thursday 6th February 6 pm to 7 pm.

The workshop will focus on the three big changes to be included in the plan:
Use better technology in health and care
Move some care from hospitals to communities
Do more to stop people getting ill.

If you have any problems or questions please email stw.getinvolved@nhs.net

How the data you share will be used

We will always follow the rules of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018
when handling your information.

The demographic information will be held on the Smart Survey platform. This information allows us to see how many people and from what backgrounds have participated in the engagement. You do not have to provide this information to take part.

It is your choice whether to take part and to provide any information about yourself. You can choose to answer some questions and not others. You are free to stop completing the form at any time. We will hold all information collected for five years from the date of the engagement. This is in line with the 2021 NHSX Records Management guidance.

How the feedback you share will be used

We will take notes of the key themes but not any information that could be used to identify you.

After the engagement, these anonymous notes will be submitted to the research team at NHS England using the feedback
form, they have provided as part of the Change NHS workshop within 5 days.

Any reports produced by NHS STW using the feedback gathered at these workshops will not contain any personal information that could identify you. Reports will only show feedback in an anonymous format. These anonymised results may be shared
publicly. For example, they may be shared on NHS public-facing websites or printed and distributed.

During the workshop, you can choose to answer some questions and not others. You are free to stop participating at any
time. Since anonymised feedback will be captured it won’t be possible to attribute your comments to you should you wish to
withdraw your consent.
