Thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey from PACTO (Pembrokeshire Association of Community Transport Organisations). This is an exciting time for Community Transport in Pembrokeshire as we have received significant investment from both the Motability Foundation and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund in order to support, future-proof and transform our services to best suit the needs of residents. 

We are gathering feedback from those working within the local community who have contact with people who struggle to access public transport, for whatever reason. This will help us understand how our services are currently being used, and help us identify opportunities to adapt and develop these services as well as work with partners across the county to help improve understanding of what is available for residents.
