Background

This is the councils new 'Early Intervention and Prevention Service' which started in early 2018 but had its official launch on 1 April 2018. Pathfinder helps you to find local services or organisations within your local community that may be able to help you.

This survey is for people who have used this service.

How to complete this survey

a) Please refer to the information relating to this consultation on the consultation web page
