Community pharmacies can now offer advice and treatment for some common conditions through the Pharmacy First service. We want to understand what’s working well, what could be improved and how this service is making a difference to people locally.
Pharmacy First is an NHS service that means eligible patients can get advice and where appropriate treatment (including NHS-funded medicines), for a range of minor conditions directly from a community pharmacy, without needing to see a GP first. You can usually access it by walking in or being referred by NHS 111 or your GP practice.
Your feedback will help shape future health and care services.
The survey closes on 4 September 2026.
