Healthwatch Rochdale is the local independent health and social care champion for the Rochdale borough. We’re here to listen to local people’s experiences of using health and social care services and we use those experiences to help improve services locally and nationally.

What is this survey about?  We want to understand any difficulties you might face accessing NHS services using your phone, tablet, or computer. This could include problems like:

  • The NHS App not working properly on your device
  • Finding it hard to book appointments online
  • Struggling to access your medical records digitally
  • Having trouble using online prescription services
  • Difficulty navigating NHS websites
  • Problems with login or passwords
  • Issues if you don't have reliable internet or a suitable device

The information you share will help us understand what needs to be improved so that using NHS services online gets easier and better for everyone.

Your answers are completely anonymous - we won't know who you are. The survey responses are collected in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We will only use the information you provide to help improve local health and social care services.

Focus Group. You can also give us feedback in a focus group either in person or online. To thank you for your time there is a £20 participation fee. Public transport costs can be claimed up to £5. Please add your details at the end of the survey. We will contact you if you are chosen to take part.

Results. We'll use this valuable feedback to make recommendations to health planners and share findings on our website. Please complete this survey by 15th August 2025.

Thank you for helping Healthwatch Rochdale.
