Software Security Code of Practice - Monitoring and Evaluation Survey
This survey is collecting feedback on organisations' access, understanding and implementation of Software Security Code of Practice and it's supporting materials, the Implementation Guidance and self-assessment form. This will be used by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) to monitor and evaluate organisations' use of the Code of Practice. Questions are optional and your organisation does not need to have implemented or fully implemented the Code of Practice to participate.
The survey is open until 20th December 2026.
