All pupils in Secondary 4 in your school have also been asked to take part in this new Substance Use Census which is taking place in a number of secondary schools right across Scotland.
To take part in the Census, you must read the information provided next and then choose either the "Yes" or "No" box at the end to say if you agree to take part in the Census.
