This survey is for parents and(or) parents to be aged 25 years and under, living in Medway. The feedback gained will support the development of a Joint Needs Assessment, which aims to reflect young parent views and their needs, leading to recommendations for commissioning, local services and professionals ensuring that there are effective improvements to reduce health inequalities and improve outcomes and opportunities for young parents and their children.
