The Royal Osteoporosis Society (ROS) is dedicated to improving bone health and beating osteoporosis. We equip people with practical information and support to take action on their bone health.

We are committed to understanding and improving the effectiveness of the support we offer, and we would like to hear your feedback on the Bone Health and Osteoporosis UK online community (hosted by Health Unlocked). Your feedback will help us ensure our projects and services help people to live well with osteoporosis.

Completing this survey takes around 15-20 minutes. You don’t have to answer every question if you don’t want to, but the more answers we get the more we will understand about our work.

Please note, you may have completed a shorter survey last year for us, but this survey is being carried out as part of an independent evaluation by Fiveways NP Ltd (www.fivewaysnp.com) for ROS.

All your answers will be treated as anonymous unless you tell us otherwise. No information that identifies you will be shared with any other organisation.
