1. About this survey
This survey aims to understand the impact of the 2020 Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival (SMHAF) on people who engage with it. It explores the differences that attending and taking part in SMHAF events make to people. We would like to know more about how the festival changes attitudes and behaviours towards mental health, creates connections between people, communities and art forms, encourages more engagement with art focused on mental health, and inspires people to get involved in creating it.
This survey will take around 10-15 minutes to complete. Your views are hugely important in helping us to understand the impact of SMHAF and to learn lessons that will allow us to continue to improve it for the future.
The deadline for completing this survey is 5pm on Friday 24 July.
When you complete the survey you will have the opportunity to leave your contact details so that we can enter you into a prize draw.
When you complete the survey you will also have the opportunity to leave your contact details if you would like to be contacted by a researcher from MHF by phone to talk in more detail about your experience of SMHAF 2020.
We do not ask for any personal details that will allow us to identify you. Your survey response will be seen and analysed only by researchers from the Mental Health Foundation and See Me, and will not be shared with anyone else. We will write a report of the findings in which all views will be represented anonymously. Survey responses will be deleted 12 months after SMHAF 2020 has finished and the report has been produced, in line with GDPR regulations. You will be asked below if you wish to consent to taking part in the survey, based on this information.
