The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) is specifically focused on improving the safety of public spaces, particularly those of concern to women and girls.
The aim of this consultation is to better understand what makes women and girls feel unsafe in the Cleveland area, whether there are any particular areas that community safety partners should be focusing on what organisations can do to increase feelings of safety.
It is important that we understand how people feel locally so that work undertaken through partner agencies and other mechanisms can be targeted where it is most needed. This will help maximise the impact of efforts to improve how safe women and girls feel in Cleveland, and ensure victims are well supported if they experience harassment of any kind.
This survey should only be completed by people who identify as female. It will only take 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
