Somerset Local Skills Improvement Plan Survey

What is an LSIP?

0%

The Local Skills Improvement Plan, or LSIP, is a project funded by Skills England, which primary goal is to ensure post-16 education and career pathways are aligned with the region’s workforce needs. Somerset Chamber of Commerce working together with Business West set out to achieve this by taking a robust qualitative and quantitative approach, assessing both current and expected skills needs. The LSIP involves bringing employers, training providers and local stakeholders together and stimulating closer collaboration to help create meaningful change by providing businesses a unique opportunity to have their say which will help shape provision going forwards.

This survey should take around 5 minutes to complete. We’re very grateful for your time, and if you’d like to discuss any of the themes below in more detail, please contact LSIP@businesswest.co.uk, and a member of the team will be in touch.
