St Philip’s Marsh masterplan consultation

 

The masterplan sets out guidance and objectives under different themes for taking the regeneration of St Philip’s Marsh forward. These link back to a wider set of five Guiding Principles for Bristol Temple Quarter (BTQ) set out in the BTQ Vision for Place (opens in new window).

The objectives have been informed by feedback from interested organisations, businesses and local people, as well as technical analysis and other strategies and plans that are designed to support growth within the city and region.

Structure of the Document

The Masterplan is structured as follows:

Chapter 2 (pdf, 25.06 MB, opens in new window) sets out the regional and local context of the site.

Chapter 3 (pdf, 6.69 MB, opens in new window) sets out the engagement undertaken, and how feedback has shaped the masterplan.

Chapter 4 (pdf, 11.13 MB, opens in new window) outlines the place-based vision for St Philip’s Marsh, the Key Moves which translate the place principles into spatial design, and the illustrative masterplan.

Chapter 5 (pdf, 12.04 MB, opens in new window) provides guidance specific to the character areas identified in the Bristol Local Plan.
