ERYC Staff Skills Survey

One of the main challenges during the Covid-19 outbreak will be a significant impact on Health and Social Care, and the challenge of maintaining essential services whilst suffering a reduction in workforce.

One of the ways that we will meet this challenge is by asking staff who are working in non time-critical functions to do different jobs to support critical services.

This skills matrix will be used to give a broad indication of the skills and experiences of staff working that will be used to look for volunteers to support other areas.
