Luminus is a Surrey based, independent, community interest company which exists to empower people to have their voices heard. We help organisations provide equity of access and the best services possible, through the inclusive involvement of local people.
We are working with HMP probation services in Surrey, to better understand how support can be improved to help individuals affected by substance use.
We are seeking people's experience of treatment services, recovery services and other support.
Responses to this survey are anonymous. The closing date for the survey is 31 March 2026.
20 people who complete the survey before 31 March 2026 will be selected at random to receive a £5 Costa Coffee voucher. Those selected will be notified within 1 month of the close of the survey.
There are 15 questions (plus 12 optional demographic questions), and it will take about 15 minutes to complete.
