Register your interest to take part in user research
NHS England is conducting a discovery exercise in relation to its course management service. The research aims to assess user experience of the current course management systems (including Accent Course Manager and Maxcourse) and identify evolving user needs to inform decisions on next steps to deliver improvements to the wider service for users.
Lagom Strategy Ltd. is conducting the research on behalf of NHS England.
If you have booked training, or are considering booking training, using one of the online course management system (such as Accent Course Manager or Maxcourse) and would like to participate in this research, please use this form to register your interest in any of the following:
- a 40 minute interview via phone, Zoom or Teams
- a 1 hour experience mapping workshop via Teams
- a 1 hour co-design workshop via Teams
- a 40 minute user feedback session via Zoom or Teams
- future research activities
Registering your interest will take less than 5 minutes. You just need to answer a few questions about you, your use of the online course management systems, your availability, and contact details to participate in the research.
What happens to your data?
All of your responses are stored in a password protected electronic format.
The data within this online form will only be shared with employees of Lagom Strategy and NHS England and if you confirm you are happy to be contacted about future research your data may be shared with any future NHS England partners.
Participation in this research is voluntary. You may choose not to participate and can withdraw your data at any time before 28th June 2024.
