ATF National Consultation Group Application form

Disability Equality Scotland are inviting disabled people from across Scotland to take part in a pan-disability consultation group to help Transport Scotland evaluate the existing Accessible Travel Framework (ATF) and to help shape its successor.

The consultation group will meet between late October 2025 and February 2026, with four sessions currently planned. Each session will focus on different modes of transport and key priorities from the Framework, exploring what has worked well, what hasn’t, and what should change in the future.

To recognise the time and contributions of participants, we are offering a small gratuity (extending to £25) for each ATF national consultation group session attended. Meetings may take place online, and we will make every effort to meet individual access needs.

If you are interested in applying to join the national consultation group, please complete and return the attached application form. Once expressions of interest are received, we will review applications to ensure the group reflects a wide range of ages, impairments, and geographical locations across Scotland. Successful applicants will then be contacted with details about next steps.
