This survey has been designed to gather information to help the government evaluate the Towns Fund, a local growth programme funded by the Ministry of Housing, and Communities and Local Government (MHCLG). Your contribution will help local communities to be understood by the government through tracking important changes over time.
This survey relates to how pride-in-place and business outcomes in Carlisle have changed in recent years, and the extent to which this has been impacted by the pedestrianisation of Devonshire Street funded by the Towns Fund. It should take around 5 - 10 minutes to complete.
The study is being conducted on behalf of MHCLG by Frontier Economics and BMG Research, independent economic and social research consultancies. The information you provide in response to this survey is confidential. The information that is collected will only be used for the evaluation of the Towns Fund and will contribute to a report which will be published. Any data included in the published report or shared with MHCLG will not include information that can identify you. You will not receive any ‘junk mail’ after taking part.
For more information about how we keep your data safe, see Towns Fund Privacy Notice.
