How to complete this application form

Before you begin, please review the call guidelines. 

This is a joint call involving a single main proposal.  The UT Austin lead/PI must submit the proposal via the UT Austin portal [add link]. At the same time, the UoM lead/PI must complete this short submission form and upload a full copy of the proposal that was submitted to UT.

If you need to pause and return to the form later, use the 'Save and Continue' option. You'll receive an email with a link to resume your application. Please check your junk folder if you don't see it and consider adding 'noreply@smartsurvey.co.uk' to your contacts or safe senders list.

At the end of the form, you'll be prompted to upload supporting documents.
After submitting your application, you'll receive an auto-acknowledgement. Please note that no separate confirmation email will be sent.

If you'd like to keep a digital copy of your application, click Print, select 'Print to PDF' and save the file to your preferred location. 

The deadline for applications is Sunday 2 November 2025, 11:59 pm (CST).
