Employee Wellbeing – prevention and recovery.

Life - let’s be honest, it can be tough and throw unexpected things in our direction. Sometimes we have the resilience to handle those challenges, but sometimes we need to take time out or recalibrate. 

We know that mental health and wellbeing decline is a leading factor for both short term and long-term absence.

You might have people within your team who are:
  • Struggling with challenges – might be work related, might not
  • Due to come back to work after a period of absence
  • Prone to burnout
  • Managing long term health conditions
  • Family carer
  • Other reasons, or a combination of the above

Green Light Trust (GLT) use the natural environment, most specifically woodlands, to engage with the most marginalised and disadvantaged in society. Our vision is to create a society where everyone has equitable access to the power of nature.

We have proven that working in the natural environment, coupled with subtle human intervention has healing powers and achieves positive outcomes for participants. We promote community, inclusion, building upon strengths, and addressing societal inequalities.

We currently provide Team Away Days for organisations, with 100% positive feedback from participants!  But… we can’t help by wonder if employers might be interested in wellbeing support through our different services.
