π Who we are:
We are called Your Voice in Health and Social Care (YVHSC).
We’ve been working across London for over 10 years to help people share their thoughts about health and care services, like:
GPs (family doctors)
Hospitals
Social care (like care at home or in care homes)
YVHSC has been the biggest Healthwatch provider in London for over 10 years. Healthwatch is like a local “watchdog”. This means we listen to people and speak up for them, to help health and care services get better.
ποΈ What’s happening now?
The Government is planning big changes.
They want to move our work to councils and the NHS in the future with Healthwatch set to be abolished by 2027.
We’re want to help services and residents build a new, inclusive model for community engagement that
Reaches underrepresented groups
Uses accessible formats (Easy Read, BSL, translations)
Offers both online and in-person ways to take part
Tracks real-world impact from your feedback
We want to make sure your voice still shapes the future of local health and social care in Bromley, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hillingdon, Lewisham β―and Tower Hamlets.
π Why fill out our survey?
Health and care services are changing quickly.
There is less money, and services are being reorganised. That’s why your ideas, stories, and opinions are more important than ever!
By answering a few short questions, you can help shape how your local NHS and care services listen to you in the future.
Your feedback will help:
Build a system that includes everyone
Make services fairer and easier to use
Show local leaders what really matters to you
Whether you use services, care for someone, or just care about your community, your voice matters.
