Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Wellbeing Service is unable to offer one to one or group psychological therapies at this current time.

In the meantime, if your situation worsens or you need urgent support, you can find appropriate contact details outlined below and at the end of the form.


In order to provide the best possible service, it is important to let us know if anything changes about your condition.  If you feel you are getting worse, please call to speak to us on 0300 002 0060 AND make an appointment to see your GP. 

Out of hours, the following sources of support are available:

These services are if you urgently need help or advice but it is not a life-threatening situation.

The Brighton & Hove Wellbeing Service is not an emergency service and does not pick up messages outside of normal working hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. If you feel you are not able to keep yourself safe, and do not need immediate medical assistance, you should contact:

If you require urgent medical assistance, we would ask you to present at A&E or dial 999.
