We undertake our Tenant Satisfaction Survey on an annual basis. The survey questions relate to the housing services we provide as your landlord and cover themes such as keeping your home in good repair, building safety, responding to complaints, keeping you informed and looking after your neighbourhood.
We value your feedback and the time taken to undertake this survey. Your feedback helps us to make changes and build service improvement plans for the areas that mean the most to you.

Our tenant satisfaction survey takes 10 minutes to complete. We are only able to accept one response per household. Complete the survey and you could be in with a chance of winning a one of five £50 vouchers for sharing your thoughts.
Please make sure you have your Tenancy Reference number available, found on your Tenant Satisfaction Survey letter, before carrying out the survey.
