WMChallenge Terms & Conditions

Booking Process, Invoicing and Payments
  • You will be required to complete a Challenge Team booking form as part of the online application process.
  • An email will be sent to confirm your booking to the Team contact email provided.
  • Team contact will receive a Team Spreadsheet to complete and return with details of each Team member
  • An invoice will be sent for the full fee and payment should be made within 30 days; and no later than 30 days before the date of the event.
  • Full joining instructions will be sent approximately 10 days before the event.
Cancellation Rules and Charges

We hope you do not have to withdraw your Team from the Challenge but if you do, your cancellation of booking must be made in writing to hub@wmemployers.org.uk and the following cancellation charges will apply:
  • Cancellation of a booking within 45 days or less of the event - 100% of the fee is payable
  • Cancellation of a booking within 46-60 days of the event - 50% of the fee is payable
  • Cancellation of a booking within 61-90 days of the event – 25% of the fee is payable
  • Cancellation of a booking more than 91 days in advance of the event will attract a standard 10% cancellation fee
WME will acknowledge your cancellation and confirm the cancellation fee applicable. 

If you have already paid in full and there is a refund due to you we will action this within 30 days.  If you have not paid and we have to charge you a cancellation fee we will send you an invoice which you must pay within 30 days.

Changing Team Members

Team member changes may be made but full details must be submitted to WME via hub@wmemployers.org.uk and if the change is within 15 working days of the event a £100 administration charge will be applied
