St Helens Borough Council Arts and Library Services want to ensure that we have a comprehensive database of professional and emerging artists and creative industries of all disciplines that live, work or study in the St Helens borough in order to make sure we communicate work opportunities as they arise.
We realise that the impact of COVID-19 continues to have a considerable detrimental effect on the creative sector. With this in mind we particularly want to ensure that we have the contact details of freelance creatives that rely on their income from this source.
If you take part in the arts as a hobby or an amateur artist, then please do not complete this form. We will be undertaking a further questionnaire to ensure we have the relevant contact details of this sector at a future date.

- can share your contact details internally with other St Helens Borough Council departments that occasionally wish to contact freelance creative industries for potential work.
