Introduction
Thank you for taking part in this survey. Healthwatch Leicester and Leicestershire (HWLL) and Healthwatch Rutland (HWR) is the patient and social care champion for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR).
We want to hear from women and girls across our region about their experiences of health and care services. You can answer as much or as little as you like. All responses are anonymous.
We’ll use survey responses to help the NHS identify improvements.
In this survey, we will ask you:
· About your experience of health and care services in the last two years.
· Optional information about you, including your ethnicity and whether you have any long-term conditions or disabilities. This information will help us understand how different groups experience services to reduce inequalities.
If you do not feel comfortable answering any of these questions, you can respond “prefer not to say,” and you will have the option to skip some of them.
The survey should take 10 minutes to complete.
We’ll use survey responses to understand people’s experiences and report to the NHS what is working and how to improve care. We will not share any data that will identify you.
For more information on how we use your data, please see HWLL's privacy notice and HWR's privacy notice.
