MID CAREER RESEARCHER MEMBERS SURVEY
What is the study about?
We invite you to participate in a research project to better understand who our mid career researcher members (MCRs) are as a group, what issues are most important to you, and what we as a committee can do to provide events to aid with your career development.
Why have I been invited to take part?
We are sending this invitation as you have previously described yourself as being a mid career researcher and a member of the Society for Social Medicine & Population Health.
Do I have to take part?
This information sheet has been written to help you decide if you would like to take part. It is up to you and you alone whether you wish to take part. If you do decide to take part you will be free to withdraw at any time without providing a reason, and with no negative consequences.
What would I be required to do?
You will be asked to complete a questionnaire that we anticipate will take less than 30 minutes to complete. All responses will be anonymised.
The survey has been granted ethical approval from Newcastle University.
