The survey will close COP 31 August 2026.
On 8 July, the Department for Education published new draft standards and guidance for fostering in England for consultation. These will replace the current National Minimum Standards for Fostering (2011), Training, Support and Development Standards (TSDS) from 2012, and Children Act 1989 Volume 4 guidance on Fostering.
The Fostering Network will be responding to this consultation on behalf of our members. Therefore, we would like to hear foster carers and fostering services views on the government proposals to include them in our response.
