2. Glasgow City Council has a requirement for the delivery of prepared meals and related sundry products from various production kitchens to a number of drop off locations within the Glasgow boundary.  Please see Appendix 1 for the draft scope of requirements.

7. The council is looking into the lotting structure of this framework.

Please advise whether your organisation would find it beneficial to structure the framework lotting as follows: 

  •   By geographical location e.g. Lot 1: North, lot 2: South, Lot 3: East and Lot 4: West of Glasgow. 
  •  By number of boxes in each run e.g. Lot 1: runs with less than 8 boxes, Lot 2: runs with 9-15 boxes, Lot 3:     Runs with 15+ boxes Lot 4: Ad hoc requirements
  •   Alternative lotting structure, please provide details and advise.
