Norfolk Autism Partnership Coronavirus Survey May 2020

The Norfolk Autism Partnership Board would like to find out more about how children and adults with autism have coped with the coronavirus lockdown and what support and advice they need as the lockdown is eased. We are particularly keen to hear about the impact on mental health, anxiety and behaviour, and what services have been helpful over this period. We are also keen to find out what might help support people over the coming months. We will use this information to help make sure that autistic adults, children and their families in Norfolk can get the help and support they need.

You don't have to answer every question. It's OK if you're unsure or don't want to answer, just move on to the next one.

This survey was produced by Norfolk County Council on behalf of the Norfolk Autism Partnership Board (NAPB). The data will be held by Norfolk County Council and will be shared with the NAPB and wider partners to inform future support and services.  Our privacy policy
