This year’s Women’s Survey focuses on three topics:
- Women’s financial situation;
- Council Tax;
- Fresh food and health.
Firstly, the survey will aim to capture what life looks like for women living in Scotland, and whether women’s financial situation has gotten better, worse or stayed the same compared to this time last year. We are also keen to know how much unpaid care work (also known as domestic work) women in Scotland do to understand the impact of it on their lives.
Additionally, the Survey includes questions about Council Tax. We want to know women's views about what a future council tax system should look like. Finally, this year we are asking questions about access to fresh food and its links with health.
The survey should take 10 to 15 minutes to complete. All information will be anonymised prior to use. We will use the information provided in developing campaigns, as well as in publications, highlighting issues affecting women in the media, consultations responses and as part of our training.
Starting the survey is consent to use this information. You do not have to answer all of the questions, if you start completing the survey and stop we will still receive the answers to the questions you complete.
You will have the option at the end to provide us with your details if you are interested in telling us more about your experiences or if you would like to be entered into a draw for the chance to win 1 of 10 £30 vouchers (it is not necessary to provide these details).
