1. Equality, Diversity and Inclusion on ECP

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. We welcome your frank and open feedback about your thoughts and experiences relating to equality, diversity and inclusion on the Executive Coaching Programme.

The purpose of this survey is to help us identify what we need to do to ensure that the Programme is proactively inclusive, is a positive experience for current and future participants and adequately equips all participants to engage proactively with difference and diversity in their role as executive coaches. This might be in terms of social identity, life experience or work sector, please share whatever comes to mind in relation to your experience of the course.

We hope you will also consider joining us in the upcoming focus group and participate in the 1-1 interviews.

Please could you share, in what way, if any, did the way difference (be that race, nationality, skin colour, class, sexuality, religion, gender, disability) was worked with, or not, and have an impact on your experience of the programme. We are particularly interested in hearing of the overlooked or more negative aspects of your experience as well as what was helpful.
