Local Healthwatch are independent consumer champions created to gather and represent the views of the public. Our role is to ensure that the voices of those who use health and social care services are listened to by those who plan and provide them.
Healthwatch North Lincolnshire is looking to find out about people experiences when booking and waiting for hospital appointments. This will enable commissioners and providers to consider where improvements can be made and understand the priorities of local people.
The Information we gather from this survey will be used to create an informative report including meaningful recommendations , based on the evidence we collect from everyone completing the survey.
The information you provide will be held by Healthwatch North Lincolnshire and may be shared with service providers. Your personal details will not be passed on and all responses will be anonymised.
