What is this about?
The NHS is expanding the use of digital technology and wants more people to use the ‘NHS App’ to support their own health and manage their care.
Healthwatch Oxfordshire would like to hear what you think about the use of digital technology in health and health care, whether you use the NHS App, and your experiences of using it. We would also like to know which aspects of the app work well, whether you have had any difficulties accessing or using it, and what would make it be better.
Whether you use the NHS App or not, we would really like to hear from you. We will tell the people in charge of local NHS services what we hear and what could be improved. We will also be speaking to people face-to-face about this, especially those who find it difficult to use digital technology or who can’t use the app.
Who are Healthwatch Oxfordshire?
Healthwatch Oxfordshire is an independent charity for people who use health and social care services. We find out what matters to local people and make sure their views are heard by the people who make decisions about those services. We use what you tell us to help shape support and improve services.
This survey is anonymous - you do not have to say who you are and we will not identify you.
