12. Did you know...
As a parent myself I know just how difficult it is to juggle all of life’s tasks, so monitoring what our children see, do and play online takes a back seat.
But have you ever really considered the potential risks of letting children game independently online?
www.getsafeonline.org surveyed 2000 parents with children ages 5-18 and found that 91% of parents say their children game online, with 51% of parents worrying about their child’s safety when online and a further 24% of parents admitting they are unaware of online security risks.
Another dangerous statistic is that 25% of parents were aware that their children had given out private information or personal data online and 34% of children admitted to speaking to people they don’t know online.

14. Would you be interested in signing your child up to pre-release trial period that allows gamer guides to practice before potentially going live?
This commitment would involve 4 sessions, 1 per week with each session lasting 1.5 hours. More information will be provided upon request, however the only equipment needed would be a fully functioning laptop with an internet connection. (a free online Pokémon game will be played during the trail period).
What type(s) of communication would you feel comfortable with your child using? Webcam, Microphone and instant messaging?
What do you think is an appropriate group size when gaming and socializing online?
If you would like to sign up; please leave your answers alongside a contact email or phone number to speak further.
