Have you spent time in hospital recently? Do you have a condition that makes communication harder? We want to hear from you!
This short survey will help us understand how hospitals support patients who have additional communication needs — such as those who speak a language other than English, or have a condition that make communication harder, for example, speech difficulties after a stroke, people who are Deaf, people with learning difficulties, dementia, hearing loss, or autism.
The survey can be completed by the person who has stayed in or attended hospital themselves or by a family member / carer based on their observations in hospital.
Your feedback will help us:
• Identify what’s working well
• Find areas for improvement
• Make practical recommendations for hospitals in B&NES including the Royal United Hospital (RUH)
