1. Submit your card design

This year we are inviting autistic children to design a festive card for Autistica! The card will not be sold publicly, but will be sent out to our supporters either by post or by email. In this application, you will be asked to upload your design and include a short message about what this time of year means to you.

Closing date for applications: 5 December.

Card design guidelines
  • 1 side of A4 white paper/card (landscape or portrait) - fill the space!
  • Use lots of colour - you can use any drawing or painting materials
  • Upload a photo or scanned copy of your card to this form
  • Keep your artwork safe until 5 December as we will ask the winning entry to send us the original copy
Message guidelines
The Christmas and festive period is a joyful time, but can also come with some challenges for autistic children - such as changes in routine, social events, sensory overload, uncertainty and anxiety. In this form, we'll ask you for a message to include on the the card to illustrate what this time of year is like for you and your family. 

Winning entries
Three entries will be shortlisted and the designs will be shared on social media where our followers will vote for the winner. Runners up will receive a £20 voucher, and the winner will receive a £30 voucher and 20 copies of their card design.
