Parents and Carers.

It's been 18 months since the OFSTED/CQC Area SEND Inspection in Oldham.

We are wanting to gather your views on progress made as well as understanding what your top 5 priorities are for your family, over the next 12 months.  Since the inspection it's important to note that we have seen the implementation of the following:

Oldham participating as a test area for the North West  for the Change Programme,
Alternative Provision Task Force,
EHC Hub launch
Quality Assurance Reviews
Family Hub launch
New Government

Please can you provide feedback on the following questions.  This will enable us to review the progress of SEND in Oldham and also to ensure activity can be planned around your priorities.

When answering the priority questions, we need you to be specific so that we have clear understanding of your views, represent them well and enable you to feel that your voice is heard and your child, young person or your own experiences improve.

The personal details required at the end of the survey will not be shared with our partners. Whilst mandatory, these are to ensure survey results are validated against our memberships, giving assurance that the report is the voice of our members, and to enable us to enter you into the draw for a £25 voucher together with a goodie bag that will include some Hidden Disabilities merchandise.

After the survey closes, Oldham PCF will report on the outcome of the survey and share the feedback with you.

Thank you.
