If the final sign-off is pending, you can still submit your entry by the deadline. You have until 17:00 on Monday 2nd February, to withdraw it if approval is not obtained. To withdraw your entry, please e-mail admin@bhbia.org.uk before the withdrawl deadline. Once the entry deadline has passed, no changes can be made to your submission apart from the option to withdraw.
You can use the 'Save and Continue Later' option at the bottom of each page to complete the form in multiple sittings if needed.
Information required for submission
Here’s what you’ll need to gather before starting the entry:
- Submission Details: The category you are entering, title of your submission, product/therapy area (if applicable), Executive Summary (must match your slides), and any companies you wish to exclude from judging.
- Your PowerPoint submission
- Entrant Information: Names and companies of up to six main entrants, plus any supporting team members to be credited in the “small print”. Please ensure all names and company titles are accurately spelt and formatted as these will be published if your entry is shortlisted.
- Contacts for Correspondence: Details of primary and any additional contact(s).
- Please ensure you have fully read and understood the awards criteria. To avoid penalties, entries must follow the requirements detailed on the BOBI Awards website.

Confirmation of your entry
A confirmation message will appear on screen once your entry has been successfully submitted. Please take a screenshot of this message as proof of submission. You will not receive a confirmation email.
If you do not see the confirmation message, or have any concerns about whether your entry has uploaded correctly, please contact admin@bhbia.org.uk straight away. Don’t wait until after the deadline.
Confidentiality
Your personal details will be kept secure and only used by the BHBIA Team to contact you regarding the BOBI Awards. Names and companies of entrants will only be used in BOBI publicity if your entry is shortlisted.
