Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey.
To take this survey you must:
- have a diagnosis of bipolar
- be 18 or older
- live in the UK
This survey will help us understand bipolar medications and their side-effects. Your answers will help shape Bipolar UK’s policy work, research priorities and future campaigns.
Teva UK Limited, Centre for Innovative Therapeutics, NIHR Maudsley BRC, Hazelton Technologies and National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Mental Health Translational Research Collaboration Mission have provided funding for this mental health awareness activity and have had input on question design. However, final editorial control was with Bipolar UK.
You may pause at any time. Your progress will be saved for you to complete later.

Participation is voluntary, and you have the right to withdraw at any time without giving a reason. To do so, please log out of the survey before finishing it.
