This survey has been prepared by Lichfields on behalf of Cambridge Biomedical Campus (CBC). CBC has instructed Lichfields to prepare a housing strategy for the campus, which will identify the housing needs associated with the campus and its employees, now and in the future.
CBC will use the findings of the strategy to inform discussions with Cambridge City and South Cambridgeshire Councils, to ensure that future housing developments in the Cambridge area include suitable types and tenures of housing to meet the needs of campus employees.
The survey consists of a series of questions related to your work, household, travel patterns and current housing situation. Your responses will help us to understand the housing needs of employees at CBC and inform the housing strategy for the campus going forward.
