The Community Counselling Service supports children and young people who may need help with a mental health difficulty. In recent years the service has been overwhelmed with demand, with referrals growing year-on-year, and we want it to be a service that meets the need. We also want it to work in conjunction with effective online resources to give young people more choice and easier access to support in the community.
In order to achieve this, it's really important that we listen to the experiences and feedback of the people who need the service. That's why we hope that as many children, young people and their parents or guardians as possible will take five to ten minutes to fill in our survey and let us know their thoughts.
