To help us link you with the people who need your support, we would be grateful if you could complete the attached short questionnaire.

Remember there are lots of ways to help such as checking in regularly with family, friends and neighbours, helping neighbours bring their waste bins to the kerbside or helping them with their gardens.  You can still help even if you need to stay at home by providing telephone support and reassurance to those in need.

All potential volunteers need to decide whether it is appropriate for them to volunteer based on the national guidance available here.
