Customer Voice application form

Thank you for your interest in joining Customer Voice  – our resident Board. 

If you join, you would be working alongside directors and senior managers from across Hyde to:
  • Look at how we’re performing
  • Agree priorities for improvements
  • Discuss proposals for new and changing services
  • Co-create new services with us
  • Make sure that resident feedback influences what we do
  • Make sure that residents views are heard and acted on at Board level
You’d need to attend at least one meeting every two months, as well as some additional meetings. Meetings are on a Tuesday from 5pm until 7.30pm. Members can either come to our office in London Bridge or they can join online - this is generally via video conferencing software Zoom.

This is a great opportunity to work with our management team to help improve services and to help get residents’ voices heard. It could also be really useful for your CV! This is a voluntary role; however any expenses will be reimbursed in line with our Resident Expenses Policy.
