Dance Blast is a community dance and aerial circus organisation based in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire. It is a diverse and inclusive company who provide regular classes in dance and aerial circus for community members of all ages and abilities. As well as their DiverseAbility Dance classes, they currently provide a regular aerial circus class for adults with both physical limitations and learning disabilities at their base in Pen Y Pound.
Due to demand for its wider dance programme at Pen Y Pound, the aerial circus activities are perceived to not meet the needs of local residents and the wider aerial circus community. Dance Blast is therefore exploring whether an additional aerial circus space is feasible in the town.
