Covid-19 has meant a much greater use of online services, but not everyone has the digital devices, the internet or the skills they need to fully participate in it. Digital inclusion is now more important than ever, and we need to know more about the problems to be able to solve them. By filling in this short survey, you will help us understand what we could do best to support you and the rest of our community.
All information provided by you will be anonymous. The data will be used to build a picture of Kent’s and Medway’s digital needs.
Who is carrying out this survey?
Kent County Council, Medway Council and other key partner agencies that wish to provide an online service.
How long will the survey take?
This survey is not expected to take longer than 5 minutes to complete
How will my data be used?
We will be collecting information on:
- Your age group
- The first part of your postcode
- Your ethnicity
- Which health services you/your child are working with
- How easily you are able to access online services
