Festival of Tomorrow February 2024 Proposals

1. Welcome

FESTIVAL OF TOMORROW 2024
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FORM

Thanks for your interest in being part of the Festival of Tomorrow 2024, which takes place between 5-18 February in Swindon, Wiltshire.

You don't have to be a science, technology or engineering organisation to get involved.  Anyone can submit a proposal for a potential event or activity as part of the Festival programme. We’re looking for events, activities, workshops and installations and that span a diverse range of subjects encompassing science and research in the broadest sense, offering something for everyone, whatever their background and level of interest in science.

If you'd simply like to exhibit at our Big Finale event on the 16 & 17 of February, you can apply online through Eventbrite.

Otherwise, please use the form below to tell us about you, your proposed activities and what audience they are intended for.

We assess each submission as it comes in to see how it fits with our audience needs and our overall aims and objectives. We will be in touch to let you know if we are interested in including your activity in our 2024 programme, and discuss the details.

The majority of Festival of Tomorrow events and activities are free and under 18s go free to all our activities. Where there is a nominal charge for adult tickets, this is to help manage capacity and reduce no-shows, rather than to cover costs.

The Festival is only possible thanks to the generous support of our partners, sponsors and funders. Commercial, corporate and academic organisations are usually asked to make a contribution in order to help cover the logistics, venue hire and marketing costs of running the Festival.
