Hello! We are the TONIC team – we have been asked by the Office for the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Dyfed Powys to gather feedback from people who have been affected by crime locally as well as professionals who support victims of crime.

We would like to hear your feedback on the current victim support services in Dyfed Powys, and your ideas on how support for victims could be improved in the future. Additionally, in light of the UK Government’s recent announcement regarding the abolition of PCCs across England and Wales by 2028, victims needs assessments can be used to inform and guide the allocation of funding for victim services both now and during any transitional arrangements, ensuring that all funding decisions are informed by clear and evidence-based findings.

The survey only takes a few minutes to complete and is confidential. At the end of the survey, if you would like to tell us more, there will be instructions for how to sign up for a more in-depth conversation with us.

All data collected during the Dyfed Powys Victims’ Needs Assessment will be collated, analysed, and written up into a final report.

By completing this survey, you are consenting to us using your data for the report.

If you would like more information about the project, please contact dyfedpowysvna@tonic.org.uk
