This survey is your chance to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences about the support you’ve received. Whether it was big or small, positive or difficult, we’re listening. We’ve created a safe and respectful space for young people to speak freely and honestly. Your feedback helps us understand what works, what doesn’t, and how we can improve support for others in the future. There are no right or wrong answers, just your truth. So, take your time, be yourself, and let your voice be heard 🗣️ 👂
When you have finished the survey you will have a chance to enter a prize draw to win a £50.00 love2shop voucher.
Receiving Support
There’s lots of help there for children, young people, and families when things feel tough. That support can stop problems from getting worse. You might have had help like that if someone supported you with things like…
- Struggles with school, friendships, or bullying
- Mental health or emotional wellbeing
- Changes at home or family problems
- Worries about safety or behaviour
- Needing someone to talk to who listens and helps
Support can come in different forms, like:
- A trusted adult checking in regularly
- Help from a youth worker, mentor, or school staff
- Group sessions, activities, or one-to-one support
- Plans made with you and your family to work through challenges
Everyone’s experience with support is different and that’s why your voice matters.
We really want to hear how you felt.
